Weekly Wildcard classes occur on different days/time each week and offer a rotating format (restorative, all levels, special focus, etc). Check the live registration form for current offerings.

- Tender Tuesday Basics Flow. Tuesdays, 5:30-6:45p (75 mins).
- Intermediate Vinyasa Flow. Thursdays, 6:00-7:15p (75 mins).
- Power Hour. Fridays, 12:00-1:00p (60 mins).
- Sunday Funday Basics Flow. Sundays, 10:00-11:00a (60 mins).

How it Works
Go to the SomerJill Live registration form. Complete the fields with your email address, first name, and last name. Select the class or classes you’d like to take, and let me know how you’ll submit payment. Before the class begins, I’ll send an invitation to you with the link to the Google Meet for the class.
When it’s time for class, click through the Google Meet link I’ve provided. You’ll have the opportunity to share your own video screen and audio, although all microphones will be muted during the class. I’d love if you would share your screen so that I can see you, and potentially provide feedback about your practice.
And yes, absolutely, I want you to show me your pets.
Virtual classes performed are at your own personal risk. By participating, you’re aware of the potential dangers incidental to engaging in this fitness activity. You waive your legal right to collect damages in the event of injury, death, or property damage.

I work with first-time yogis, prenatal and postnatal students, and can help you drill down on a special focus (like arm balances, backbends, inversions, etc).
Yoga is the work that I love the best. I know some instructors are able to give content away for free. I am not one of them. Yoga is my livelihood; I depend on my teaching for income. Your support helps me to continue doing what I love, pay my rent, and feed Tillie. xo
